All exterior illumination must be approved by the Committee before installation.

Exterior illumination includes but is not limited to: flood lights, security lights, gas lamps, lamp posts and pathway lighting or any lighting other than the original lighting installed by the builder.

Exterior light fixture placement on the home must not be altered without the original without the Committee approval.

Floodlights attached to the home, or that cast light away from the home are prohibited.

In general, most low-voltage landscape and pathway lighting that illuminates your own property, or that is directed toward the home does not require Committee approval. The Committee reserves the right to demand removal of any exterior illumination that creates a nuisance, or which the Committee does not deem harmonious with the style of the neighborhood.
