Doors

All new, replacement or storm doors as well as color changes must be approved by the Committee before installation. In the case of a color change, a paint chip is to be submitted to the Committee for approval.

All front doors must remain wood, F66 six (6) panel, or “Fiber-Classic” FC60 by Therma-Tru. They either can be stained to match the original (Minwax Provincial) or painted. It is understood that refinished doors tend to be darker than the original. In the case of a color change, a paint chip is to be submitted to the Committee for approval.

Only one front storm door has been approved by the Board: wood frame and glass, six (6) lite F66, matching dimensions of the front door. It must be stained or painted to match the front door. There is no matching storm door for the Fiber-Classic front door.

No screens are permitted for front doors nor ornamental iron doors or other types of decorative doors.

Screen and storm doors for the rear of your house require prior approval before installation. They must match the trim of your house.
